If you are in hurry, trains are faster but there are many transit points and stairs. It is not recommended to take a train especially in rush hours with a large luggage or children. It takes little more time and cost but an airport limousine bus arrives at the Shin Yurigaoka Odakyu Station where only 8 stops from the Komae station and only one transit. This bus has a WiFi & toilet.

If you can arrive at Komae station between 8am to 10pm a staff member can meet you and show you to the guest house so that you don't get lost. But please follow these important steps. 1. Before you arrive in Tokyo you need to prepare your train route and timetables from Narita or Haneda to Komae station. So that a staff member can prepair meeting you and plan their day. Please provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) at Komae station. For example: 7 - 8pm or 5 - 6pm. 2. When you arrive at Komae station you need to call either from a public pay phone which is available at the north side of Komae station. If no WiFi, insert 10yen to the phone and dial 080-9156-9140 for Lee Walker.
When you check in, your keys are on your table inside of your room. Also when you check out please don't lock the door and put the keys back in the place you fond them.
